"Working with Ella is always a pleasure. She's thoughtful and very smart, but her solutions are also pragmatic and scalable. From brief through to delivery, I trust that Ella really listens to deeply understand the problems we face, and as a consequence, the work she delivers to address those problems makes perfect sense."

FAQs
How do I know which service we will need?
We know how difficult it can be to know where to start with DEI work, but that’s where we come in. Our approach is a curious one, so we will spend lots of time asking you questions to get to the heart of what you’re looking for, as well as what your organisation is yearning for.
Our ‘Full Package’ service acts as an entirely outsourced DEI function for your business. We will work with you for a minimum of 3-6 months, and set you up with a scalable programme that can evolve with your business. All our other services can be ‘mixed-and-matched’ for your needs. If you’re right at the beginning of your DEI journey, a Workplace Assessment will be a crucial first step.
How does your pricing work?
The proposal we send you will clearly articulate costs based on our day rate, the project scope, and the time investment on our part. Each project is unique, and the scope can depend on elements such as your number of employees, and what steps you have already taken on your DEI journey so far. But we believe firmly in transparency, and will be clear with you about costs and cost dependencies, right from your first call with us.
How will impact be measured?
It all depends on which service you choose. For clients that partner with us for longer term projects, we will measure the impact of our initiatives over time, using both qualitative and quantitative measures. If, for instance, you decide on the ‘Full Package’, we take an active part in implementing the programme with your team. We also include an aftercare component; periodic progress check-ins & mini-assessments to ensure we are on track. For shorter engagements, we can add an aftercare component as an additional extra.
By its nature, DEI is complex, and certain components of your programme will have a more immediate impact than others. For example, overhauling your recruitment process to attract a more diverse pool of candidates may take some time to take effect, whereas inclusion initiatives can have a huge impact on morale and belonging in a relatively short space of time.
