Who we are

Ardent is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consultancy with a difference.

We ardently believe in the transformative power of diversity - and we partner with inspiring, pioneering brands who do too.

We have over a decade of experience building highly successful teams and embedding inclusive practises into company DNA. We’ve been on the start-up journey from kitchen table through to exit, and we understand acutely how difficult it is to make Diversity, Equity & Inclusion a priority whilst trying to build and grow a business. 

That’s why we are so passionate about helping companies realise their potential by creating people-focused, inclusive frameworks that scale with them as they grow. We have spent many years leading commercial teams, and this experience allows us to work with clients in an intensely practical way.
